      Greetings @koles737, We value the time and work put into creating this report. I'm sorry, but without concrete evidence against this player, we are unable to take any more action. Yes, you were at fault for failing to turn on the two-factor authentication. Therefore we shall invalidate this report. Kindly create a new ticket here with the subject "D - I have a problem with my Firestorm account" and attach documentation proving your ownership of the account. We will do our best to help.       Greetings @Hasenmelker First of all, I would like to thank you for your time and effort in making this report. After looking over the screenshots that you have submitted on this report, we absolutely agree that this player "norsk" has violated our server rules, especially such as insults. Don't worry we have already resolved this situation by warning this player, and we have ensured that this type of situation will not occur again.
       
      We sincerely apologize for the behaviour of the player from our community that was brought to your attention, and with your report, you are assisting us in making Firestorm less toxic. We want to avoid incidents like this one and maintain a friendly and respectful environment for everyone.

      Healer who pull in purpose

      The guy here he chooce restoration druid to play as healer with dps talents and whole time pulling mobs on dungeon,the agrue with the guy and our tank is to stop pulling somehow the guy insulting the whole time,the tank left 1 other guy left and at the end the group broke cause of him and his behaviour..
